Q. What forms of Payments are accepted?
A. We accept Visa, Master cards, Paypal, cashier check. The payment is due at the time of transportation. In some cases, a deposit may be required.
Q. Do you accept insurance?
A. We are able to provide our clients with an invoice whereby you can file it for your insurance company and request reimbursement for transportation to your medical appointments.
Q. How much time in advance is required to make an appointment for transportation?
A. We accept same-day trips. You also can give us a 24-hour notification in advance.
Q. Do you allow additional riders to accompany me on my transport?
A. We are happy to accommodate this service for you within reason.
Q. How does Escorted Transportation work?
A. This service can be used for individuals who need assistance during the entire duration of their medical appointments. For instance, if you have a loved one who is elderly or disabled and have a hectic work schedule, and you are unable to leave work to attend their medical appointment with them. Then, this service may be suitable for you! Our drivers are prepared to stay with your loved one and/or client during the entire duration of their appointment and return them back to there residence upon completion. The benefit of this service is that you are immediately able to return home without waiting for return transport.
Q. My appointment is only an hour long. Are you able to stay on-site until I finish?
A. Yes, of course, we can stay on site. This must be arranged in advance during your transportation request.
Q. What is Ambulatory Transportation?
A. Our ambulatory service is a form of non-emergency medical transportation. It is designed for those individuals who simply need a ride to their doctor's appointments and/or medical facility. It is also, for those you are using an assistive device i.e. (crutches or walker); this service may be suitable for you!
Q. Do you provide curbside transportation?
A. Yes! we are able to pick you up at the designated time and location and return you back to your location.
Q. How will the driver know when to pick me up after my appointment?
A. The details of your transportation will be given to the transporter. You can call the transporter once your appointment has ended. Or you can let the medical facility receptionist call us at the conclusion of your appointment.
